Who dressed better than Juliana at her concert?

This is what everyone has been asking me. It’s true that she made some stupendous fashion choices at her concert. Her striped dress was the best for me. There’s a lot to like about it just as there’s lots to hate about it. However, she made it look good effortlessly. Her fringed dress was also a great choice. Not many of us having embraced those fringed dresses. The white combo was just perfect. It flattered her body in all the right ways.
